Bert E. Watts, 84, of Muldraugh, passed away Tuesday October 30, 2007 at Norton Audubon Hospital
in Louisville.
Mr. Watts Owned and Operated Watts Oil Company in Muldraugh, was a former Mayor of Muldraugh,
Former Meade County Judge Executive and a Deacon at Muldraugh Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Watts; Daughter, Sharon (Bob) McCoy of Naperville, IL; son, Morris
(Samantha) Watts of Brandenburg; Sister, Margaret (Guy) Keys of Brandenburg; brother, Paul G. (Pat)
Watts of Muldraugh; 4 grandchildren, Josh (Sarah) Watts, Tye Watts, Amy (Mike) McCoy Kraft and
David (Elizabeth) McCoy and 2 great grand children Emily Kraft and Aidan Kraft.
Funeral services will be held Friday November 2, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Muldraugh Baptist Church with
burial to follow in Garnettsville Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday November 1, 2007 from 2 – 9 P.M.
and Friday after 8:30 A.M. from the Chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home.
