Betty Watts Wilson, 78, of Muldraugh, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010.
She was born February 2, 1932 in Muldraugh, KY, the daughter of the late William S. and Katherine Perry
Watts.
She was a member of the Muldraugh Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years and
was a member of the Golden Circle Sunday School Class, served as Muldraugh City Clerk for many years
and a former President of the Muldraugh Elementary School PTA.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Vaughn Wilson, Sr., Sisters: Ann Heiberg, Erma
Hoffman, Lorene Schlink and Janet Hawkins; Brothers: John B. Watts, William Earl (Monk) Watts and
James R. Watts.
She is survived by her three children: Vaughn (Sue) Wilson of Danville, KY, Gayle (Garland) West of
Brandenburg and Bill (Kelli) Wilson of Grahampton, KY, 9 grandchildren: Robin W. Kelly, Ralph V. (Tripp)
Wilson, Ellen Hall, Jenna Brown, Michael West, William W. Wilson II, Jacob P. Wilson, Riley Elizabeth
Wilson and Nicholas Vaughn Wilson
and 5 Great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 12 Noon Saturday from the Muldraugh Baptist Church with burial to follow in Cap
Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg.
Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 9 P.M. Friday and after 8 A.M. Saturday at the
Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Muldraugh Baptist Church.
