Charles Barney “Chuck” Durbin, age 72, of Irvington, Passed away Sunday August 5, 2007 at U of L
Hospital in Louisville.
He was a painting contractor.
He was born September 15, 1934, the son of the late Barney and Marguretta Whiteman Durbin.
He was preceded in death by two sons; Ronnie Patton and Benny Patton.
He is survived by his wife Lucille D. Durbin; 6 children; Tommy (Sharon) Patton of Columbia, SC, Charlotte
(Dale) Stone of Gilbert, AZ, Cheryl Durbin of Radcliff, KY, Barbara Hyle of Enid, OK, Embery Patton of
Potsdam, NY, Edward Charles Durbin of Gloversville, NY, 18 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen by the family. There will be no service.
Arrangements are being handled by Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg.
