Deloris Jean “Jeannie” Burden, 61, of Battletown, passed away Monday March 10, 2008 at her home.
She was born April 29, 1946 in Wolf Creek, KY to the late Ben Curl, Sr. and Eula Lia Holton Curl.
She was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband Clifton Burden, Jr.; daughters, Susie (Rob) Swink of Stephensport, KY
and Marie (Jimmy) Popham of Rhodelia, KY; Grandchildren, Katie Leblanc, Sarah Leblanc, Patrick
Popham and Melissa Popham; Brothers, Ben Curl, Jr. of Wolf Creek, Hubert Curl of Brandenburg and
Billy Curl of Wolf Creek.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. from the chapel of Bruington-
Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 11, 2008 from 2-9 P.M.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Central Kentucky.
