Louise Valentour Peters, 84, formerly of Brandenburg, passed away Thursday November 1, 2007 at
Westminster Health Care Center in Clarksville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands; Delbert P. Valentour and Alva Peters; parents,
George W. and Myrtle Kellems Hockman; sister, Viola Powell; brothers, Johnny Hockman, James
Hockman, Andrew Hockman, Melvin Hockman and Oakley Hockman.
She is survived by her two daughters Rebecca (Tom) Earls of Clarksville, IN and Deborah (Mike)
Valentour-Huff of English, IN; Three sisters, Ava Hockman and Marcella (Van) Heavrin of Brandenburg
and Ina Wise of Elizabethtown.
Visitation will be held Friday November 2, 2007 at 4 P.M. with a funeral service to be held at 7:30 P.M.
at Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Saturday November 3,
2007 at 11:30 A.M. at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN
