Mary Anne Pace, 79, of Brandenburg, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at her residence.
She was born November 7, 1931 in Brandenburg, KY to the late Ned and Nelle Heavrin Brown.
Besides being a devoted Mother and Grandmother, lovingly known as Mammy to many, Anne was a
member of St. John the Apostle Church and a founding member of Hillcrest Country Club, where she was
an avid golfer.
She was preceded in death by her Husband of nearly 40 years, Ellet Wayne Pace, one Brother, Edward
Brown and 3 Sisters, Audrey Dugan, Patsy Foushee and Susan Kinney.
She is survived by: Daughter, Edie & George Harper, Son, David & Sharon Pace both of Brandenburg;
Grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Stull, Larry (Lesley) Cash, Bric (Celeste) Pace, Morgan Pace and Braden
Pace, Great Grandchildren, Stephen Knott, Roslyn Stull, Aiden Cash and Aisley Pace; Brothers, Garland
Brown and Tony (Amanda) Brown both of Brandenburg, Sister-in-Law, Mary Gibson Brown and
Brother-in-Law, Frank Kinney and many nieces, nephews and loved ones.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 11 A.M. from St. John the Apostle Church with
burial in St. George Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 22, 2010 from 2-9 P.M. at Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral
Home and after 9 A.M. Tuesday at St John the Apostle Church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Cale Brown Scholarship Fund.
