Marjorie Carole Pyle, 66, of Corydon, IN, died Saturday at Norton’s Pavilion, Hospice of Louisville, in
Louisville.
She was born August 12, 1941, the daughter of the late Calvin and Eula Pollock Johnston.
She was retired from Whayne Supply Company in Louisville and had worked at O’Bannon Publishing
Company in Corydon, IN. She was a member of Lincoln Hill Christian Church in Corydon.
She is survived by her husband R.E. “Brad” Pyle; Cousins Joyce Angell of Neoga, Il, and Joseph
Pollock of Lexington, KY; Her step-son, Martyn Pyle of Neoga, IL; Several grandchildren and great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday from the Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon, IN
with Pastor Webster Oglesby officiating. Committal will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West in
Louisville.
Visitation will be from 1 until 8 P.M. Monday at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in
Brandenburg and Tuesday from 11 A.M. until the time of the service at the church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Lincoln Hills Christian Church Building Fund.
