Otis G. Duncan, 75, of Ekron, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Woodland Terrace Health
Care in Elizabethtown, KY.
Otis was born January 14, 1935 in Inman Virginia to the late Orin C. and Cora Scaff Duncan.
He was a retired Staff Sergeant of the U.S. Air Force and a Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He
was also a retired long haul truck driver and a member of the Hodgenville, B.R. Young Masonic Lodge #
132 F&AM and a past Patron of the Irvington Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
Three Wives, Francis Prather Brown Duncan, Helen Landrum Duncan and Ellen Muller Duncan-Mack and
two Brothers, George and Karl Duncan preceded him in death.
He is survived by: Daughter, Marikka (Matthew) Duncan-Weathers of Albuquerque, NM, Son, Michael
(Laura) Duncan of Granville, OH, Step-Children, Donny and Billy Landrum, Sheri Crothers and Frieda
Proctor, Grandchildren, Chris, Kate, and Claire Duncan, Heather Vinson, Rebekka Kirkpatrick, Jessica,
Matthew Ryan and Ashley Weathers, Sisters, Alice Fore and Malvie (Edward) Osborne, Brothers, O.C.
(Connie) Duncan, Lee R. (Eula) Duncan and Billy Joe (Nellie) Duncan, Step-Grandchildren, Heather Lynn
and Josie and Megan Weathers, Great Grandchildren, Liam Kirkpatrick and Kaden Weathers.
The Family chose cremation.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. from the Chapel of
Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. Interment services will be held Tuesday at 12 Noon at the
Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 9-10:30 A.M. EDT at the funeral home.
