Pearl Savanah Stidham Banks, 56, entered eternal life January 13, 2010. She was born April 9, 1953 in
Jenkins, KY to the late Authur and Altie Stidman. She was preceded in death by: Husband, Edsel Vaughn
Banks, Brother, Alvin Stidham, Sister, Lula Boggs and Daughter, Cassandra Lynn Banks.
She is survived by: two Daughters, Heather Banks and Felicia Kirby, Three Grandchildren, Emily-Jo Banks,
Mason Kirby and Kennedy Kirby, three brothers, Bobby and Darrell Stidham of Charlestown, IN and Dorris
Stidham of Brandenburg, KY, Four Sisters, Sue Thomas of Whitesburg, KY, Shirley Kelly of Louisville, KY,
Lou Whitaker of Central City, KY and Evelyn Banks of Carlisle, OH as well as a host of friends, lots more
family and loved ones. She will be missed.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 15, 2010 at 8 P.M. EST from the Chapel of
Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held Friday, January 15 from 6-8 P.M.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home for the family or to the American Kidney
Association.
