Peggy Ann Hawkins Worley, 77, died Saturday, September 8, 2007, at Hospice of Louisville, in Louisville.
She worked at Worley’s Grocery in Brandenburg Station for many years and was a member of New
Brandenburg Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband William E. “Bill” Worley and her son Clifton Worley.
She is survived by two sons: William E. “Eddie” Worley, Jr. of Kill Devil Hills, NC and Alton (Sandy) Worley
of Brandenburg; 3 Grandchildren, David R. Worley, Jennifer Gibson, and A.J. Worley; 2 Great-
grandchildren, Dustin and Brooklyn.
Funeral services will be at 4 P.M. Thursday from the Chapel of the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral
Home with burial to follow in New Brandenburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from12 Noon until 9 P.M. Wednesday and after 8:30 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
